We organize workshops, Master Classes, seminars, webinars, consultation and training. Our specialists speak, educate, engage and entertain your groups at your upcoming event.
Presentations range from 45 minutes to several hours but a properly prepared session that informs thoroughly takes a lot of time to research and prepare for each group and each event.

Medical tourism facilitator training
Medical Travel Academy will help you to boost your skills as medical tourism facilitator.
As a standard of each workshop, Medical Travel Academy will be hosting a welcome dinner the evening prior to the workshop. The trainings include also a welcome ceremony, lunch and coffee breaks (details in the programs) and diplomas.
Participants are to organize the flight and accommodation by themselves. Do note we will be providing a recommended hotel for each event.
Medical Travel Academy organizes the transports for participants between the airport and the hotel as well as the transports for the welcome dinner.

Medical Travel Academy surgery training center
The surgery training center of Medical Travel Academy is located in private hospital Kotka Erahaigla. It was established in 2017 and it’s the most modern hospital in Estonia. We offer learning possibilities for plastic surgery, reconstructive surgery and aesthetic surgery specialists. Our highly experienced plastic surgeons are required to have more than 15 years of practical expertise beyond their academic studies. All our trainers and guest lecturers are ISAPS members.
Our mission and vision remain dedicated to high-class plastic surgery and what we believe will be shaping the future of our specialty. Our plastic surgeons have a fresh vision on things and they are aware that master pieces cannot be created through automation. Plastic surgeons need to pay great attention to details. They need to have creative eye, artistic hand, expert team and quality time.

Live surgeries and workshops

All Medical Travel Academy courses are tailored according to your company needs. You can freely choose any topic, for instance:
- Breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction
- Abdominoplasty, liposuction, lipotransfer, body lifts
- Facelift, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, bariatric surgery
There will be 2-4 live surgeries during the workshop and the participants will be able to join Dr. Kullamaa, Dr. Kirjanen, Dr. Eller or Dr. Luht in the OR. The participants will also take part in pre- and postoperative patient meetings. Prior to the workshop the participants will attend a theory part. Some plastic surgeons want to include in their training selling and marketing skills and everything is negotiable.
